Developing creativity, leadership and collaboration in a 1:1 environmentCesar Nunes, University of Sao Paulo & Renata Ikeda, Colegio Santa Cruz, Brazil In a 1:1 environment it is possible to redesign teacher and student roles and their relation to knowledge and skills development. This paper presents the results of a series of classes focused on the development of some of the so called 21st century skills: creativity, leadership and collaboration. Eight years old students worked in small and large groups and a brainstorm tool was used. Self-assessments and reflections were registered in ThinkQuest Project, a collaborative workspace. Results show skills development and kids aware about their own skills levels.
