Papers should be single spaced, Times font, Size 12 (or whatever you think is
best). Please send files in Word or .rtf format.

Your poster (multimedia and/or print) should have 2 components:
Research Summary and a Poster or Multimedia Display. The component that you
need to send to us in advanced for review is your Research Summary.
Research Summary:
1 letter size page, copied both sides
Font: minimum 10 pt.
Content: Please address the following items:
1. Statement of the issue/problem.
2. How will your research address the issue/problem.
3. What have you learned/progress to-date
4. Major project goals: what do you hope to achieve/accomplish?
5. Collaborators
6. Contact information
7. website address
Poster or Multimedia
If Poster:
Size: Max of 48” (W) x 36” (H)
Fonts: We have a table with suggested font sizes to ensure posters can be read
at a distance of 1.5 metres from the display board and to present a consistent
image in presenting the research. Use a san serif font such as Arial or Helvetica.

If Multimedia:
You will need to bring your own laptop for your presentation. There will not
